Feltwerker
Old, out-dated sweaters transform into beautiful material through the process of felting. I use recycled felt to make beautiful scarves, gloves, purses and pins.
Each item is unique and is inspired by the marvelous textures and colors of the felted sweaters. I love to add color and contrast by crocheting around the felted wool.
Each felted object is made one at a time.
There is a saying "when you have a hammer everything looks like a nail!" Well felt is my hammer! I also make shawls, pin cushions, needle cozies, cat nappers, hats, and more.
