I make housewares and accessories from recycled materials. My main products are rugs crocheted from old linens and clothes and picture frames mosaicked with tiles I hand-cut from old plates. My work makes a tiny dent in the amount of stuff that ends up in landfills. It also reminds people to think about how they can keep their unwanted items in the use-stream rather than in the landfill.
