Art Reco
I create 4 piece coaster sets from old vinyl records. I turn the album cover into a box to hold the coasters. Each set is constructed from 4 records with rubber "bumpons" to grip table tops. Crafts also include buttons, screen-prints, and photo-grams (a picture produced with light-sensitive paper, but without a camera). The concept behind Art Reco is to reconstruct materials and work with visual mediums in a more experimental way.
