Arm Candy
I have recently discovered the utter sweetness of old, overlooked buttons and have reinterpreted them as rings. Making these small scale, wearable sculptures has been fun, and searching for the next set of buttons to work with is quite interesting, too. While I have a fond appreciation for jewelry in general, I tend to think one-of -a -kind, handmade treasures makes for a deeper connection to the owner. Now if I could just learn to part more easily with my favorites...
