Another show and a pre-update

Tue, May 10 2005Comments (1) | Cinnamon

Beginning June 1st we hope to begin taking applications for the 3rd Annual DIY Trunk Show. The tentative date for the show is November 5th with more information as soon as we have it.

We'll be taking applications for the entire month of June and making our decision as to who will be admitted about a week into July. We're not exactly doing a juried show but we are limiting the quantity of certain vendors. Our goal is not to judge the quality of your work, but to prevent 2/3 of the vendors from all selling jewelry, or handbags, or scarves, or ceramic angels.

So stay tuned, but hopefully you're as excited as we are.

To hold you over, here are some details for a show taking place in September:

It's that time of year again!  We've started to accept
applications for the Second Annual Rockwell Crossing
Artwalk!

It is to take place on Saturday, September 10th, 2005
from 10 am - 5 pm in the lovely area of Lincoln Square
known as "Rockwell Crossing."  The raindate will be
Sunday, September 11th.

Just like last year, we are collecting a fee only to
pay for madatory permit fees required by the
city, postage & printiing costs.  No profits will be
made off the cost of the show fee.

Never heard of this event?!   For complete application
information and details, please go to:

http://www.rcartwalk.com

Click on the "How to Participate" link, take a look
around and check out the vendors/photos from last year
and RCA in the news!

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to drop us a
line and feel free to pass the info onto your crafty
friends!

Thanks & good luck!
