We got our first mention in a local newspaper today. New City has a great article on local DIY culture that we're mentioned briefly in. It talks a lot about the Renegade Craft Fair, which takes place this weekend, but it also mentions the DIY Trunk Show and Depart-ment. Pick one up.
Last year, Brandy Agerbeck of Loosetooth wrote a wonderful article about how she prepared for Renegade. Feel free to read it and follow her lead. If anyone else has any tips they'd like to share, feel free to add them in the comments.
We have postcards in (stickers should be here soon) and once we get them you'll each be mailed packets with stickers and postcards so you can send them to people you know as well as place them in your favorite bar, coffee shop, or record store. Amy and I will be taking postcards with us to the show and handing them to people who are at both shows so you can hand them out to people, if you want to.
